PeopleFluent reserves the right to cancel a training class or service, or to change the date, time, location, or scheduled instructor at any time. In the event PeopleFluent cancels a training class or service, the customer is entitled to a full refund. PeopleFluent will not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, PeopleFluent may cancel training courses or services without prior warning with a 100% refund of course or service fees if severe inclement weather or local or natural disasters affect participation and delivery of training or services.
