Description:
This consists of four separate courses designed to cover RMS Administration functions.
Completion of the courses does not certify the participant as a System Administrator. You must take the instructor-led System Administration Certification course to be a certified System Administrator.
Courses:
- RMS Administration Foundations: The course will provide RMS System Administrators with the basic knowledge needed to perform key administrative functions and routine configuration changes directly to production RMS systems.
- Recruiting Portal Fundamentals: This eLearning course is designed to highlight the main features of the RMS Recruiting Portal.
- RMS Administration Overview: This course consists of a 15-minute video that covers basic RMS Administration functions. Please note that taking this course will not certify the user as a System Administrator.

Business Intelligence Basics:This course covers the basics of using the Business Intelligence reporting tool.
