This is a 10 hour instructor-led course designed to provide System Administrators with the knowledge to perform key administrative functions and routine configuration changes directly to production Recruiting systems.
At the end of the course, you will be assessed according to a set of comprehensive standards. Clients that obtain a certification at the foundation level will have demonstrated that they possess an understanding of the core functionality of RMS Recruiting and are ready to take on the role of RMS System Administrator for their organization . Knowledge of these core functions is necessary for daily administration of the solution.
Upon certification, students will be given access to create supports tickets in the Customer Community.
